Project Management

Project Management is one of the most important services in ensuring a smooth, on-time and on-budget project. Most often, our Project Manager (PM) is engaged toward the end of the design and specification phase and takes on the roll of managing the implementation of a project.

The PM initially interfaces with our purchasing department and the respective manufacturers to coordinate shipping and delivery dates. Project meetings with the client, architects, building management and other trades are part of our PM’s area of responsibility.
